MCC Illiana’s 21st Anniversary Service and
Christmas Potluck - Sunday, December 17th, 10:30am
With Special Guest, Rev. Angie Thinnes, Founding Pastor
On December 15, 2002 MCC Illiana opened the doors for the church’s first worship service. On Sunday, December 17th we celebrate 21 years of MCC Illiana. Join us for a special Sunday worship service as we rejoice in this achievement as a faith community in Northwest Indiana. Our founding pastor, the Rev. Angie Thinnes will be our very special guest and we invite all of those who worshipped and served with Rev. Angie to come and celebrate with MCC Illiana. Following our service will be our annual Christmas Potluck Lunch, you are invited to bring a dish to share.

Christmas Service - Sunday, December 24th, 10:30am

Rainbow NativityMCC Illiana will be celebrating Christmas at our Sunday morning service on December 24th at 10:30am. Experience the miracle of Christmas as we hear the proclamation that unto us a child has been born in Bethlehem. Begin your Christmas celebrations with MCC Illiana. There will not be a Christmas Eve service this year, instead Rev. Michael will be hosting a Christmas Day Lunch and Fellowship starting at noon on Monday, December 24th. Rev. Michael will be cooking a delicious vegan meal for those who do not have plans on Christmas Day (meat eaters can bring their own food). If you don't have any family plans (or just bring your family) please join us for some food, fellowship and games.

‚Äć‚ÄćMCC Illiana Angel Tree for the Aliveness Project

Angel Tree 2017MCC Illiana is carrying on our tradition of making Christmas special for the children of the Aliveness Project NWI. The Aliveness Project provides social services to families affected by HIV/AIDS in Northwest Indiana. We will be sponsoring the Christmas gifts for 30 children this year. This is a reminder to everyone who picked an angel off our tree to have your gifts at the church this Sunday morning. The gifts will all be blessed and on Monday our Santa helpers at MCC Illiana can rush them over to the Aliveness Project in time for Christmas.
